Yea, responses has been very great and welcoming especially from service giver, Thumbs up!

Well making money online may be easy and may not be easy. To me making money online has made me to come out more stronger that before. One of the unfortunate incident in Nigeria is that many Nigerians don't want to READ! And that's why many information marketers are closing shop except if you can make it internationaly which is hard and at times unacceptable.

Another reason is that many people don't beleive in Ebooks anymore!Because of the fraud and insincerity that is in some of the info marketers. Well as an info marketer, you can still do well if can be able to make people trust you. and you can start that by buiding a list. ( I have an Ebook of how to build a powerful list, You can send me Email if you need it. It's Free) You must have heard that money is in the List, so without list, an info marketer will be a hungry man.......... To be con'td

Jobs/Vacancies / 5 Crucial Home Business Tips To Realize Financial Freedom by Icee20: 11:54am On May 14
Starting your home business is the easy part, but realizing your long-term goal of financial freedom takes much effort and dedication. There are many ways to operate a home business, but the tips below outline some solid principals you should follow to earn a steady income from home no matter what your home business.

1. Set Goals for Success

Setting goals will help you stay focused on what you want to accomplish within your home business. Start with long-term goals for where you would like to be financially five, ten, even fifteen years from now. Next, create short-term goals for daily, weekly, and monthly achievements. To attain financial freedom is a great long-term general goal, but it will take many small goals to reach this level. You'll need to set small goals to create a steady cash system. A home business will go nowhere without goals, so take this step before starting any other tasks.

2. Create a Pleasant, Professional Home Office

Evaluate your home business workspace. Do you work in a corner of your bedroom with a desk and computer? Is your office usually the kitchen table between meals? Do you try to work in the living area while the rest of your family enjoys conversation or entertainment? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you'll probably need to make some changes.

Create an office space that is for work only. Even if it's in the corner of another room, block its view with office sectional walls or some type of barrier wall to give a sense of privacy. An office should be just an "office" and nothing else. When you arrive at your office, you're ready for work. When you leave the office space, the workday is over.

3. Get Organized

Once you have a defined work area for your home business, fill it with supplies and tools to make work easier and more efficient. Choose a desk and chair for comfort as well as back, neck, and arm support. Desks with shelves and cabinets can make organizing your office a cinch, especially if you have limited office space. Also, keep a daily to-do list, calendar, and schedule book to prioritize tasks.

4. Stay on Schedule

When you work at home, it's easy to get off schedule because of interruptions or the temptation to take time off for leisure activities. Keep in mind that every moment wasted today usually means more work the next day. Eventually, you'll be working around the clock and never seem to accomplish anything. For home business success, keep a steadfast work routine daily and set a work schedule you can stick with every day. Develop a mentality that every job is actually a pay-by-the-hour job. Every hour spent working will help you make money and gain financial freedom.

5. Separate Business from Personal Tasks

Once you set a schedule, stick to it. Don't allow personal tasks to get in the way of work. These can be anything from cleaning the house to visits from friends or relatives to watching television. Take breaks from your computer, but try to avoid getting involved in personal tasks during your breaks. Many women confess to washing dishes, ironing clothes, vacuuming, and other personal tasks while on break from their home business. Personal tasks can cause your mind to be off-focus, and it will be difficult to return to a regular work routine afterward.

Find other things to do during breaks that won't take your mind too far away from work. Take a 15-minute walk. Sit and read a self-help book related to your business. Or, take a quick snack break, with a healthy snack of course!

Once you take these steps, you're ready to enjoy a steady cash system at home that works. You can earn money doing what you love most, and your home business can soar to heights never imagined if you stick with these basic principals. Get ready for a bumpy road, but also look for the financial freedom that awaits you just over the horizon!

Step 9 – Memory Trick 3 – Know how you learn

Some people learn best by actually seeing things and some learn best
by hearing things. You need to know which way you learn things the
When you recall information from a class, do you recall it by hearing
what the teacher say, or do you visualize what was written in the text
book or from your notes?

It’s important that you find out which way is more effective for you to
learn and remember materials. If you’re a visual learner then write
down notes and draw diagrams on whatever you want to remember.
If you’re more effective at memorizing by hearing, then record
yourself on a tape recorder and listen to it over and over again.

In January last year, I had cause to brief our nation on my determination to sanitize the oil industry in order that it would be run in a most businesslike manner such that Nigeria receives value for her God given resources and investments. I had earlier taken strong action with regard to the power sector. The goal was to arrive at the destination of self-sufficiency where waste and inefficiency is eliminated and electricity is available to meet the needs of our citizens.

I have received briefings that previously closed petroleum depots have been reopened or are about to be reopened nationwide and as at today, our domestic refining capacity has peaked at over 10 million liters per day which is our highest level in decades. Nigeria is now is on the road to meeting her fuel consumption needs domestically. Simultaneously, I have also received encouraging reports on the progress made in bringing suspects found wanting during the fuel subsidy probe to book and in accordance with the rule of law.

Two weeks ago, I hosted the Presidential Power Reform Transactions Signing Ceremony. The five power generation companies that emerged successful in the bidding process of the privatization of the sector received their certificates and are set to run their companies in a way as to guarantee electricity for domestic and industrial use even as the world is celebrating the transparent bidding process that culminated in the signing.

I want to assure you my friends on facebook that we shall put the darkness of these past decades behind us in no distant time. We shall only keep a forward movement in the critical sectors of our economy and may Almighty God help us all. GEJ

Buy/Sell Domain Names! Is it Profitable?; I've just recently stumbled across a few web sites like namepros.com and dnforum, websites that focus solely on the buying and selling of domains. And I "gotta tell ya" I was quit impressed to hear some of the success stories.

Now from my understanding, I thought profit from domain sales died at the end of the dotcom Boom. But from what I've seen and heard, It seems like it can be a lucrative business. Naturally there's more to it than buying a domain name for $9.99 a year and turning around and selling it for $4,000. To come across a domain name (whether self created, expired, or purchased) spending time advertising it, sending traffic to where it's parked, finding a broker, doing the things you need to do to up the value of the name, it's seems like a very time consuming business.

But if you go to Sedo.com you'd be amazed at the prices that some of these domains are going for, $5,000, $10,000, even more.

It seems to me like a hidden art. There's not very much talk about it in the general internet marketing forums. And everywhere on the net you see ebooks on "How To" write ebooks for profit, do JV (joint venture) deals, ebooks on site traffic, blogging techniques, affiliate marketing, rss feeds...... on and on and on and very little information on the business of buying and selling domain names. So that means it's a business who's time has passed or a very lucrative one that's hidden from the people who jump on the bandwagon.

Just looking at current events and doing domain checks on certain subjects tells me how quickly good domains get snatched up. Believe it or not the name Farris Hassan dot com (16 year old boy who went to Iraq) is already taken.

From my studies it seems that there are a select few who are generously profiting from the buying and selling of domain names. As I mentioned above there is alot of work involved but if your willing to join a few membership sites, learn a few advertising tricks and get into the game, the selling of domain names can be a very lucrative business.

Politics / A Husband’s Agony: Molester Impregnated My Wife by Icee20: 11:47am On Apr 28
My husband is jealous and always feels insecure and thereby trailing and monitoring my movement whenever I go out or go to the school”, a housewife, Mrs. Olanike Ogunsakin, has said.”Because of his temperament, I left his house for my parents house when I was pregnant. I left to prevent his frequent beating”.

Meanwhile, the husband, Yinka, 30, denied the allegations. “I trailed her to an hotel with one of her concubines and since that day I stopped providing for her needs”, he said. ”I married her out of pity because, according to her story, she was Molested and got pregnant which she later aborted,” he said.

”I could have called it quits with her if not for the compassion I had for her, but now, my eyes are opened, I am ready for the dissolution.” Four years into marriage, 23-year-old Olanike urged the Orile-Agege Customary Court, Lagos, to dissolve the union over alleged battery and threat to life by her husband.

The embattled wife, who lives at 9, Mashed Ashafa Close, Orile- Agege, told the court that her husband used cane to beat her at the slightest opportunity, adding that he had no respect for her as well as not taking care of the only child of the union.

She told the court that her husband started showing his bully nature when she was two months pregnant. The mother of one and student, feared Yinka would pour acid on her anywhere he sees her. ”My husband cannot take care of our child. He stays in a room apartment with his friends; so I want the custody of my child,”she said.

Yinka, an IT engineer, who lives at 5, Olooti Close, Orile Agege, said her wife was adulterous, and kept “many big men”. ” I caught her several times and l reported to her mother but the mother was always in her support”. The court president, Mr Joseph Adewusi, told the couple to maintain the peace and adjourned the case to April 22 for judgment.

Jokes Etc / Re: Hey, stop! You must read this! by Icee20: 8:33am On Apr 28
Icee20:
There's a man sitting at a bar just looking at his drink. He stays like that for half an hour. Then, a big trouble-making truck driver steps next to him, takes the drink from the guy, and just drinks it all down.

The poor man starts crying. The truck driver says, "Come on man, I was just joking. Here, I'll buy you another drink. I just can't stand seeing a man crying."
"No, it's not that. This day is the worst of my life. First, I fall asleep, and I'm late to my office. My boss, in an outrage, fires me. When I leave the building to my car, I found out it was stolen. The police say they can do nothing. I get a cab to return home and when I leave it, I remember I left my wallet and credit cards there. The cab driver just drives away. I go home and when I get there, I find my wife sleeping with the gardener. I leave home and come to this bar. And when I was thinking about putting an end to my life, you show up and drink my poison."
Business / Re: Domain Name Business; The Easiest & The Most Profitable Online Venture by Icee20: 8:16am On Apr 28
2jideofor: Thank you...

The issue is not giving the info but do we know who we are giving it to? There are a lot of information marketers on this site and I quite appreciate your point though...

Did you see the guy that ask me to refer him to a post which I promised him? I personally called him and ask him to call me back... And I have done that a lot of times.

The issue is not the information but I don't want someone going about deceive people on something he has never practised. Back in 2009, I used to see a guy on complete sport who was selling seminars. His seminar was on this same domain thing and do you know how much he charged people? 25k per head. Every week for almost 2 years, he was selling what he has never practised.

How bad can that be?

I guess the news got to the owner of complete sport that he is scamming people and they stopped him. I was wondering why I no longer see his ads on that paper till I spoke to a columnist of the sister company of complete sport--success digest-- and I was told the whole gist.

You must have heard of Nairabet.com which is owned by Akin Alabi. I can tell you how he started and made his millions. It is different from selling this same information, mostly on things that they never practised.

There are people like that here. If you go true this page again, you will see a guy called Iseec. He jumped on this thread and almost started the same nonsense by posing as a domain flipper but I chased him away as well as in thread he created.

Another issue is that most of this people saying they want to learn will definitely back out when they realise the hidden truth and mostly due to laziness, lack of determination etc.

I know of a girl from here who I have taken my time to explain things to, told here to do something by reading up a forum post with over 100 pages but she didnt do it. She wants the money now now now... But do not want to learn the rudiments of spotting good names.

Yes, i read 2 forum threads with over 100 pages...

If I will give information, it wont be on this thread and I will be the one to choose who I want to give it to.

You dont seem to know me. I'm 2sexy and if you go through my old handle at nairaland/2sexy, you will understand me better.

And when has it become a crime to sell information? What i noticed from you is that you're very proud and very unwilling to help others. The more you learn how to be humble, the more it will profit you in life generally. For your info, I'm a Domain flipper trained by that complete sports man you always want to tarnish his image. I went for his training last 2 yrs at the rate of N17,500. Despite the fact that the man is not so proffessional in his lecture but that does not mean that you must be refering to that man every now and then!. The man is simple making his living through information marketing. If you've got any issue with him, go and resolve it with him. Selling information product is NEVER a crime!. And it doesn't mean if you practise what you sell or not. There are many PLR product that anyone can buy with resell rights and become the instant authour and began selling the product to the market! So if you're truly educated as you claimed, learn to grow up and stop being childish and greedy.
