This looks more like a WAR thread to me, & VNTI isn't making matters easy by not saying anything. Personally, i think it's at your own risk if you go about sending money to people you don't know all in the name of admission. I'm not saying VNTI is a scam, but there sure are scammers among those who offer admission help, a whole lot of them at that. God help this country Nigeria, because if admission were to be free and fair, this kind of issues will reduce, or won't even occur at all.
