an assessment centre interview is like a discussion interview.... the candidates will be divided into groups and assessed based on their abilities to discuss well and accurately on topics given to the group... but remember also that the interviewers will be watching to see how you react in a team, how you respond to decisions made, do u ve great ;eadership skills.....are u a team player or do u always want pple to accept your own views.... and also u need to talk and make urself heard , not kipping quiet and accepting what others say... but generally its a form of discussion sha dont be scared...it is quite better than the panel interview i tink...cos u r in groups....panel interview na only u, ur ear and the interviewers.... gud luck |

hi guys, its kinda painful for me i did d second stage but hvnt got a mail yet.funny enough, for the second stage test, while others got emails and sms, i only got an sms, no email. for those that got the email invite, did any of u get an sms too? im prety sure i did well in d test. |

Read more about assessment centres here. http://www.naijajobsportal.com/2012/06/graduate-assessment-centres-what-you.html Though each company's own varies but similar in nature...you should expect a short test, group discussion, personal tasks, an interview....each stages independent of each other but u must try and do well in most of the stages...The key is your confidence...Wish you guys all the best...see u at the top |

Ask other guys to forward their invites to you so you can call or mail the staff in charge. |

Guys they are way pass the function test....for us that were not called for the assessment centre I guess its safe to say we should move on to other things. After the interview they have been called for HR chat and medicals...resumption is January. Cheers. 1 Like |

The little i know is that previously as from from interview/assessment stage they normally send both congratulatory and reject emails. Oh well, life goes on guys. After my NYSC, NBplc was the first test i wrote in 2007. Wasn't prepared and flunked it then, but scaled it 4 years later and I'm now in. Keep your heads up! |
