4. SuntemiTech are not responsible for failed unlocks due to hardware or software faults on any device, once the unlock has been confirmed by Apple a refund can not be issued. Should your handset not be able to restore/update using iTunes & all of our trouble shooting steps fail to resolve the problem you will need to contact Apple for further assistance (who may well offer to replace your phone)

5. We aim to process all orders within the specified delivery time. Sometimes this may not be possible due to heavy demand/service problems.
