Point of correction,they are nt criminals oh.If,u don go arab country b4,u will knw wht i mean exp north africa.Papers or no paper,dem no send u oh.U can't travel from state to state like 4rm lagos to ogun without illegal way. Even libyan people need their pp stamp b4 they can travel around the country.I'm still in libya,any question.

If they were actually DEPORTED, how come some of them declined to board the flight back to Nigeria?

alienware: If you have watched "death in the desert" on cnn u won't even think of leaving 9ja thru the desert or the north africa, if u are caught alive u will be operated and parts of ur body will be removed and refrigerated and sold to doctors or to those who are in need of parts like kidney,lungs etc.
