No they are not.

The modern "jew" as we know it are mostly Europeans who converted to Judaism at about A.D.740 Conversion does not change a lineage, ethnicity, bloodline or biological makeup[b][/b]. Today's Israelis are mostly Ashkenazis, Khazars or Sephardims who migrated from Europe and have no biological connections with the ancient Israelis.
The Khazars found themselves in a precarious position between the two major world powers: the Eastern Roman Empire in Byzantium and the moslems. The Khazars chose a surprising method of resisting both the Western pressure to become Christian and the Eastern to adopt Islam. Rejecting both, they converted to Judaism.

This European conversion is what they also brought forward and were able to convince America and England to create a "jewish homeland" for them right in the middle of modern day Palestine in 1948. This "jewish land" in Palestine has strengthened their claim to being "Jewish" even though they have no biological/ethnic connections to the original bloodline of the true Israelite/Jew.

For clarity, a true Jew is a physical AND spiritual descendant of Jacob who's name was changed to Israel according to the scriptures. All physical descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel were bound by one religion called Judaism. The word Judaism was derived from the name Judah (one of the children of Jacob/Israel).

According to the scriptures, strangers could also practice Judaism IF they go through the spiritual conversion.

Think about it this way: A Nigerian can be described as one who falls under these two categories:

(a). A true descendant of Ibos, Yorubas, Edo, Ijaw, etc. They are undoubtedly black people.
(b). A foreigner (e.g a white man) who denounced their country of origin's citizenship and takes an oath/swearing to becoming a Nigerian citizen after following the procedures of attaining citizenship.

The so-called Jews of today fall under category (b) because they converted to Judaism. Using the example I stated above, both the indigenous and the foreigners are both referred to as "Nigerians" but their bloodline, tribes and remains different.

Consider this: The number of Hebrews(Israelites) who arrived Ancient/Black Egypt were 70 according to the Bible. About 400 years later, they departed Africa(Black/Ancient Egypt) with 600,000 men (let's assume they had wives and children, we can guess that at least close to 2million immigrated from Egypt).

There is no record that any Black race ever enslaved any European/white people or nation at any point in time of world history. We can deduce that since Ancient Egypt was black, the Hebrew Israelites were black as well (remember, there is no recorded history of the Black race enslaving white or any other race for that matter). These Hebrew Israelites were the ones that migrated to the land of Canaan where the 10 commandments/laws of Moses were given.

Hebrew and Yiddish are languages spoken by so called modern "Jews" all over the world. Interestingly, Hebrew and Yiddish are very dissimilar even though both languages use the Hebrew alphabets in their scripts. While Hebrew is a Semitic language (subgroup of Afro-Asiatic languages) like Arabic and Amharic, Yiddish is a German dialect which uses many Hebrew words but with a very distinctive Ashkenazic pronunciation. If the original jews were Europeans, they'd speak Hebrew naturally rather than learning it.

If Europeans/Anglo-Saxons were not the descendants of the Hebrew/Israelites that departed from Egypt how is it then possible for Europeans to be bloodline Jews?

If you look at netanyaho, einstein and a whole lot of other contemporary so called jews, there is absolutely no resemblance between them and the people of the mid east where supposedly is their (jews) orient. They look like europeans! No wonder when you are asked the history of current jews, dates earlier than 1948 hardly comes to your mind. If they are not jews by ancestry and ethnicity, then what is this thing we hear; that they are the chosen ones? The converted jews in the bible were not considered to be partakers in the promise made by god to the decendants of abraham.
