One should be prepared mentally for losing and
winnings cause either way it would lead to what I
call a gambling syndrome. when the bettors
keeps winnings he will be feeling over the moon
during his hot streats and starts spending money
like he is a king overnite however once he starts
hitting the rough patch he will be losing sleeps if
he bet a very substantial amount or can't
concentrate in his work.

This is the simplest rule to understand, but the
hardest rule to stick by for most punters. Every
gambler who has hit a winning streak or a losing
streak has fallen into the trap and gambled away
money they couldn't afford to lose. DON'T DO IT !!
It is very easy to fall into the trap that because
you are winning, then bigger stakes won't hurt
(after all - it's the bookies money right?) or if you
are losing then you think that you put a little bit
more on this 'certainty' you can get your money
back. DON'T DO IT !!
It is the gambler's curse. Win or lose this time, it
will lead to disaster in the long-term. Bigger
stakes on a winning streak are a sure way of
guaranteeing that the bookies get back every
penny you won off them - and a lot quicker than
even they anticipated. DON'T DO IT !!

To be sucessfull at punting you must be very discipline.
Choose a staking plan. Set aside a sum of
money to use for your betting, and nothing else.
This should be an amount you can afford to lose.
NEVER borrow money to bet......
MOST IMPORTANTLY NEVER BET FOR THE SAKE OF BETTING.....

Here are some good advice coz we all need to keep learning
1- NEVER stake above 60% of ur total credit
2-Know when to take a break (loosing streak)
3-Know when you on fire and exploit it (momentum)NOTE- not over staking..
4-Know when to walk away.. (Coz its always the bookmarkers money untill you withdraw it)
5-NEVER let affection come into play
6-Dnt be a sore loser
7-Dnt be a caryed away winner (nobdy wins forever)

ADVICE focus on the league to knw well.......
NEVER bet at the start of d season, let them go atleast 3games to see the teams form....
Before placing any bet always do your home work...., don't follow pples predictions gullibly.... Better to keep it simple while punting than eying a larger odd I.e 8.0, 5.0 and d likes...... Most importantly always keep learning....
