First of all, your demand for an apology from me made me have a laugh!
As for the thread in question, I wouldn't have the time to go pick specific words or sentences that deserve your retracting them and apologising; the topic alone does it! Since there is no way you could prove that the bank(and not the government) was responsible for the delay in salary payment, tagging them the worst bank on a social network, is sufficient damage. As for non-availability of cash in their ATM in your area, it's common for most banks that are situated outside the major cities, and not peculiar to Stanbic IBTC.
Having said that, I still think the bank deserves your apology, and not the other way round!

The normal sequence is .....action-regret-apology....I've not regretted my action,hence, no apology.
I don't know about you, but, in my world, there is no excuse for inefficiency....In my humble opinion, my comment was constructive enough for them to use it positively, to render me the kind of service I desire and deserve as their customer.
