Is the confirmation not in the process. (See the future) No matter how long its takes, someday some of us will be principals and VPs in our respective schools. That's what he meant. It all started like a joke, at a point we cried for lack of salary but today we are happy and this is how happy we'll be through out our service years.

We shouldn't be carried away with the additional 11k. The government knows what they are doing. It might be an indirect way of paying our arrears. This is my second time of getting my arrears and this 11k . Fiafiad can help us contact someone that knows something about it. I doubt if it has to do with any form of allowance because, not all PPSB receives it. Eg. UBA has not got any.

The additional 11k is only been received by the last batch of PPSB whose payment of arrears started in May 2014 of which I'm one of them. The three times I've received my arrears(remaining 4 mths), it has always come with 11k. So I think the govt knows what it's doing.

Get your payslip for any of the month you were paid arrears.Your arrears was free of deductions,that is the reason for d variation.With your payslip your problem is solved.
