Its d same mentality throughout rivers state ...that sch begins proper a week after resumption....some parents even instruct their wards not to attend the first week of each term....Ministry should always announce resumption a week earlier dan usual to curb this ugly trend

it's with my HM.D letter will go through d school head,then d school head will submit to UBE LGA BOARD SECRETRY.D sec will go to Elechi and submit all. for now my hm hasn't said anything about money.
