Pls whenever u wanna go there, make sure u go very early, crowd is always much there

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has declared that his administration has stabilised the economy of state through the strategic release of funds via payment of salaries and payment for key projects.
Governor Wike explained that he started with the renewal of infrastructure in Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local Government Areas because both towns support majority of the population of the state.
The governor also assured the people of the state that every local government area of the state will execute key projects in all the 23 Local Government Areas, saying no local government area 1 will be denied the impact of good governance.

He said: "When I met with the President, I told him that we will tackle cultism and insecurity in four local government areas. They are Abua/Odual, Ahoada East, Ahoada West and Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Areas. "
He warned against the politicisation of crime, blaming a particular political party for claiming suspected cultists who murder others as their members.
He said that the administration has started the phased rehabilitation of schools in three senatorial districts, completed the Faculty of Law, paid for science consumables and restored NECO in the state.
He said his administration will continue to subsidise education, but added that the people should be prepared to pay maintenance fees to assist the state government run the educational institutions.

Just heard from a colleague that, biometric has been temporary suspended so that payment can be done to ease the suffering of the people before resuming. Someone should verify for us

Your governor is a serial, heartless liar!
I did biometrics on Wednesday, May 18th, yet up till now no April salary not to talk of May. Yet, the governor's propaganda is that he is not owing anybody salary. According to him, those who have not been paid are those who have refused to do biometrics.
The unfortunate thing is that the public believes what he is telling them.
Yesterday, in a taxi, everyone in there looked at me as a liar when I said I am being owed April salary. One of them said that his neighbour who is a civil servant as well as his wife told him that Wike has paid all of them and cleared all the backlog of salaries and arrears that the past administration failed to pay. They asked if I am sure that I am a civil servant or I'm just a political agent paid to discredit the hardworking governor. I just decided to keep quiet and not contribute to their discussion anymore till the end of the journey to avoid further verbal attack.
My people, this is the real one-chance government! You just gotta brace up for this is just the beginning!

My people, with frustration and anger that I used to write the above message, I didn't bother to check the alert that entered my phone as I assumed it was one of those trash messages. That was like 30 or so minutes ago.
I have only just checked and it is April salary!
