i am reporting live from amodu ojikutu victoria island lagos...o boy see police personnel everywhere.Anti-bomb squad just detonated two bombs this evening....will be updating this thread as events occur... its no hoax...i am there in flesh..no hearsay. The police has cordoned off the road...the package was found in a dustbin...all these metal dustbin....they said there are more..o boy lagos don enter be that.....all these boko boys...am stuck..can't even go home...the place is like 5buildings to where i am... |

The main spot is behind t.y danjuma's house...former finbank registrar's office...it was the security dudes guarding t.y's house that informed the anti-bomb squad...sources say t.y was the target.. |

deshclones: Defuse = police were able to disable the bomb without an explosion. Controlled detonation = Police were able to explode the bomb in a safe manner (using substances, eg sand, to minimise the effect of the explosion, or evacuating people before exploding the bomb, or taking the bomb to a deserted area before exploding it).
