Ill like to know if anyother person is experiencing this.
I have had over 15 attempts to transfer money through internet banking from my corporate GT bank account since yesterday but i keep receiving a message saying my account is restricted for online transactions.
Called customer care several times,they keep telling me the problem is from their end and to be patient..

So frustrated though,besides whats with this sudden addition of security tool i.e using a code sent to your phone to complete new transactions without any form of prior notification....ill appreciate any input.thanks

Am going mad right here. My Account is displaying the same thing when i tries to transfer money to my savings account in order to pay for my flight return ticket. I have emailed them and there is no response yet. Am very very angry. Kinda of trying to get me stranded here.
