Good morning people, This morning as I kick started my car a honda accord 2001, I saw a brake light Indication on my dashboard. Does anybody have any idea as to what the problem might be coz I have checked the brake fluid and the level is very much okay. Please help.

If your brake fluid is fine, possibly your brake pads are low. If it's your brake pads, replace with a sensor inbuilt pad.

If your brake pads is the faulty culprit, it means your car has an original brake pads fitted, enabling the warning light to still function. If you replace like for like, the warning function will still be enabled.

The warning lights on your dashboard indicates that your brake pads are worn out and need replacement

flat brake fluid could also trigger that light in some cars. I had similar problem with my camry, the light was there for 6 months. I just decided to change my brake fluid with the one in metal container, the light dissapeared within minutes. If your brake pads are ok try drain ur fluid and replace with original brake fluid it is around N500, per 0.5 litre.
