I was reading a text message on my phone (NOKIA 6500c) and all of a sudden the phone tripped off and has refused to be switched on. Please how do i retrieve my contacts and other information because they are all saved in the phone. Please these things are very important to me, how do i retrieve them.

take the damn phone to a phone specialist who will fix it......... so that you can retrieve all the contacts.
