Just got a text message 2 resume 4 trainin with Stanbic IBTC bank.I'm an ND graduate.Does anybody in d house knows how much dis bank pays their ND staff?Will I be contract staff or full staff?Awaitin ur response guys.Cheers

Happy new year to all landers.i am in a dilema:ibtc cald me to resume at their trainin school on monday 7th january,2008 but i am presently workin with a bank.i dnt like the place i am posted to and will soon be confirmed by the bank.can somebody advise me. also will like to knw if the ibtc job is a full time employment and wat their take home pay is like.if u av any info,pls do contribute.

@ Hot larry Hi, the salary is just ok, entry level is presently 1.8M with some other non monetised benefits like Medicals and also Profit sharing is twice a year. How ever the salary is currently being reviewed and as from march 2008 the new salary structure which promises to match the best in the industry will be introduced.

@lateef4me. Hi Lateef, i can authoritatively inform you that Stanbic has a policy of making all staff permanent staff, there is nothing like contract staff in our dictionary. U are either a full staff or not a staff at all. As for the pay u should expect the same pay as a full staff.

Just try to be sure that their pay is ok than your present place of work before u jump over.
