Okay, this is for OND, Nurses and School Certificate Holders. The job offers includes Assistant Inspector of Prisons for OND Holders, Prisons Assistant 1, for School Certificate holders with credit in not less than 4 subjects plus maths and English. (2) Global Xchange is an exchange programme that brings young
people from the UK and from Nigeria to live alongside each other and
work together as volunteers so they can share their learning with
their host communities. Developed out of a highly successful VSO
exchange programme called `World Youth', Global Xchange seeks to

The programme is a partnership between Voluntary Service Overseas
(VSO), British Council, and Life Vanguards (LIVA) Osogbo, Osun State.

Global Xchange works with teams of up to 18 young people (aged 18-

aimed at raising awareness of development and diversity within their
host communities

We are inviting applications from individuals interested in

2. Minimum of three years experience in Computer Operations, administering and maintenance of Windows 2000/2003 LAN, Website design is required. The ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical problems and resolve software errors, maintenance and repair, computer instructions and teaching abilities is required.

3. English at tech 4+ is required in reading, writing and speaking.

4. High level of knowledge of principles of computers, network operations and programming, using Visual Basic for Access (VBA) is required. Familiarity with administration of Local Area Network and knowledge of Website development using HTML and ASP is required. Incumbent must be able to prepare documents, communicate needs and problems to management when required.

5. Ability to administer and maintain Windows 2000/XP, LANs, WANS and Network Infrastructure both hardware and software based on DS guidelines; good technical skills are required to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer problems; formal instructions to new users and ability to interface with personnel at all levels is required.

1. AEFM: A type of EFM that is eligible for direct hire employment on either a Family
Member Appointment (FMA) or Temporary Appointment (TEMP) provided s/he
meets all of the following criteria:

--U.S. citizen;

--Spouse or dependent who is at least age 18;

--Listed on the travel orders of a Foreign or Civil Service or uniformed service member permanently assigned to or stationed at a US Foreign Service post or establishment abroad with a USG agency that is under COM authority;

--Is resident at the sponsoring employee’s or uniform service member’s post of assignment abroad, approved safe haven abroad, or alternate safe haven abroad; and

--Does not receive a USG annuity or pension based on a career in the US Civil, Foreign, or uniform services.

2. EFM: Family Members at least age 18 listed on the travel orders of a Foreign of Civil Service or uniformed service member permanently assigned to or stationed to a US Foreign Service post or establishment abroad with a US agency that is under COM authority who do not meet the definition of AEFM above.
3. Member of Household: A MOH is a person who: 1) Has accompanied, but is not/not on the travel orders of a U.S. citizen Foreign or Civil Service employee or uniform service member permanently assigned to or stationed at a U.S. Foreign service post or establishment abroad; 2) Has been declared by the sponsoring employee to the Chief of Mission as part of his/her household; and 3) Resides at post with the sponsoring employee.
4. Ordinary Resident (OR): A citizen of the host country or a citizen of another country who has shifted the main residency focus to the host country and has the required work and/or residency permit for employment in country.
5. Not-Ordinarily Resident (NOR): Typically NORs are AEFMs and EFMs of FS, GS, and uniform service members who are on the travel orders and under Chief of Mission authority, or other personnel having diplomatic privileges and immunities.
