The one we have that meets ur specs is in Bodija. Its has 3 toilets and 2 baths. Water is borehole. It goes for 500k.

However the one I found which is completely tiled used to be a 5 bedroom but has been demarcated into 2 and 3 bedroom flat. The problem it has is that the tenants have to share the big Kitchen. Can u put up with this?
