Hi,
I'm a newly disvirgined wife. I just got disvirgined about a Week ago.Every time I have sex, blood comes out, a lot of blood. Is dis normal? How long will this continue? Do I need to see a doctor

I might be wrong but i think its part of the hymen still opening up during sex that makes you bleed. With time, you will be fine. You can check with your doctor if this continues.

I want to appreciate the great work being done here by the Doctors. Pls I need your opinion and advice on this issue. In June this year I had two weeks ectopic pregnancy removed along side multiple fibroid. After the surgery I spotted for like one week and then it stoped.I didnt see my period until August of which the flow was normal, then in September again my flow came normal but after then my period stoped. In october and november nothing came, its been two months now that my menses ceased. No ovulation and I'm not pregnant. Though I feel slightly crampy. I called my doctor and booked an appointment with him already but I'm really worried. What could likely be the problem, pls I need your help. Thank you

Please friends, I'll really appreciate if someone here can recommend a very competent gynaecologist or hospital in Port Harcourt or its environs, which can handle broken down episiotomy. One which has lasted for 5 months and has refused to heal. This is an urgent plea for help as it affects a loved one. Anyone who has gone through such challenge can give suggestions. Thank you and God bless.

Boils generally respond to antibiotics. Its always better to consult a doctor who would prescribe one to you.

Also, its good to know that recurrent boils, may be a sign of Diabetes (Not saying you have it).

if you have recurrent boils, a doctor would usually screen you for diabetes by checking your blood sugar.

Is it a onetime observation or it has been so for long. Give us a more elaborate history.

Hello,
There are a number of questions that need to be answered:
When did the first lump start?
What is the nature of the first lump- How big is it; Is it soft or hard; Is it painful?; Is it increasing in size?
You should see a doctor to assess the lump(s). Most likely a specialist doctor called Otolaryngologist also called Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) doctor.
Depending on where you live, you can search for one on dokilink.com and book an appointment.
Best.

The first lumps started like 9 to 10 years back. this second lump becomes noticeable this year. but really it's not hard and it's movable. it's increase to an extent and stop. But the problem now is this recent lump is in a disturbing position unlike the first around my jaw. so the recent lump is painful to extent but not that obvious. but the initials lumps exhibit no pain at all.

Hello,
To be honest, I would suggest you see a doctor to assess the lumps.
That's the ideal approach at this point.
After assessment, a doctor would be able to advise you on the next line of action.
Best.

Hello,
Apart from the frequent urination, do you still feel pain when you go and ease yourself?
I noticed you did not complain about discharge. Have you noticed any discharge?

Honestly your frequent urination may just be due to anxiety.
What i would however suggest is that since you are 3 months pregnant, you should register for antenatal care (ANC).
When you go and register, you can complain to your doctor.

You should also always note the names of the drugs you are prescribed.
Best.
