The Chief Press Secretary to Edo Deputy Governor, Kelly Odaro was kidnapped in front of his residence around 9 p.m. on Saturday. The deputy governor, Dr. Pius Odubo heard of the development from journalists who called to intimate him of his aide’s abduction.
