This is a really serious issue hardly anyone look into. Maybe some of us do not care how and why it happens. There's this "mad" woman that I've seen for over a decade now. It's so annoying seeing all these things happen in our country. Where all these mad women roam about even in the midnight and hence are vulnerable to these evil. In US their asylum is quite efficacious. We can't even maintain a funny farm here.
