My friend joined NSCDC in 2012 and had HND civil engineering and he was place on 8/step2. 2011 some HND officer protested over disparity between HND professionals and the rest... Ministry has a different salary scale !!! Try and do something findings, you will see I got it this spot on (we are all learning tho)

This NIS thing, I don't really know how they will do it, but I'm sure they won't just call people and offer appointment letters unless they will claim that they are among the families of the dead applicants and then the injured. We should just keep praying, I just pray we hear from them at all again.

chukwuinya: it is very possible pasca,d question should be whether u went for interview or did follow d recruitment process to its conclussion. My cousin brother got his APL tru email in the comfort of our house
