Promotion letter out for nscdc officers, I doubt if they still remember the replacement list. Fingers crossed, my expectation not high dou, enough heart attack.

let's hope so and wish they do the replacement which I doubt because Buhari is here and everyone will want to sit up and protect their job. I just hope that the era of replacement has not come to an end. I believe if there will be recruitment in any of the Govt establishment whether ministries, paramilitary etc it will be done openly hence forth. So it will really takes the grace of God for replacement to happen now. So let us just prepare for mass or general recruitment. My thoughts though.
