Are you sure they are volunteers? Cos i was told that they will be giving letter to those that are converted from one cadre to another from the promotion exam they did. And for the replacement i don't think anything can be done if those mumu no pass budget

To what i heard, replacement list has been complied before the new DG's arrival and apl was supposed to be shared last year. He delayed it while adding more names in his favor. There we are now, notthing will happen till the budget is passed. I don't think they will do mass recruitment and even for the replacement there is nothing like camp, you will get train/ drill in the state command you are posted to. Thats for NSCDC

Omisakint....am with you on that,I heard they are waiting for their salary to be paid,so they can mobilise there staff for the traning....and they will have two camps katsina for junior cadre and ogun state for senior cadre.... and the camp is going to last for 3months..patiently waiting for sms...

I really don't think 2016 budget has anything to do with NIS and NSCDC Replacement Exercise. Budget would have affected it if it were to be a General recruitment but this is REPLACEMENT and it is something they do virtually more than 3times a year (2009-2012). Besides FG gave them the GO-AHEAD to start by or before march, 2016. Well, let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the BEST. God help us all in JESUS NAME.
