pls pals i want to buy a pentium 3 laptop. Pls how advisable is it? Is there something that p4 can do and it cant do it? Is there much difference between it and p4 system. Its not dat i dont like p4 or higher systems but because of the available cash and pls what are d price range of it

Dude, For your day to day tasks, the Pentium 3 will not cut it at all!!

As a matter of fact, I d suggest u go for an AMD or worse case scenario,

a celeron M or something!!! if you go for a Pentium 4 or 3, dont expect

to run Windows 7 flawlessly!!!

How much is ur budget. But p3 laptop, wot can it achieve for u. In dis modern day world, I don't think p4 can achieve much and talk less of p3.
My advice, go for better but cheaper processor laptops like celeron and centrino.
And I think with 40k, u can get or I can get for u good lappy(not p3 nor p4)
