I came across this website called http://nairathemes.com/ through a close friend of mine and when I checked them out, I saw a wordpress theme used by www.bellanaija.com and it was exact theme that this guy is selling. I was curious to know if it actually the same theme that www.antigravityinc.com claimed to design for www.bellanaija.com. I respect www.antigravityinc.com so much because of the quality of clients and the projects they have done so far.

I decided to dig dip to know who is stealing who or are they buying from the same source?

Isn't it obvious that they got it from the same source?

Am yet to see a site by Antigravity that is not wordpress based. They also use a lot of premade wordpress themes(Which is legal anyways). Some they modify enough to alter the look. The fact that the Naira themes in question, blatantly advertises those themes, may mean that antigravity are not the original designers. It maybe that they both know the origin of the theme hence none can lay any legitimate claims. The issue is how would Bella Naija feel knowing that her website design, which they must have promised her would be unique, is available everywhere on the Internet.

In WordPress, anyone can modify this part of the theme before using the theme for the website. I guess that is what their individual webmasters (bellanaija, naijathemes) did.
