now,I am in a big confusion...please help me...
I have CGPA of 2.56 out of 4 which is equals to 64% in my Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I will be sitting for IELTS within a month. I have my GCE O Levels and GCE A Levels completed and got a B grade in GCE O Levels English Language.

Now please tell me whether I can apply in Finland for Masters program or not?

Hello guys,
I sat for entrance examination to one foriegn university and after the exam i got a mail saying admission deny due to taking other students with better results. At the same time they said I can write for Review (appeal) of admission process .
So, could anyone help with how to go about it please?
