Sorry,if you opened this thread thinking would see a long list of do's and dont's.well i don't know any other tip rather than using my toothpaste & brush,that's why i brought this here 4 the enlightened ones to tell us.i have once seen a comment here that charcoal can be used to whiten the teeth.how absurd.perhaps,the discussion can start from here.Please every other tip is highly welcome.#for the record:my teeth aint brown,just want to make it dazzling white# thanks

my question is how? What are d steps to take in achieving it?

Ok. So it is. Using Charcoal as tooth whitening goes with two process.

1. You will get a charcoal, grind it and apply sone to your toothbrush, then brush your teeth. If it runs out, apply more to the brush, rinse your teeth with clean water after some brushing.

2. You can pick up a charcoal(in solid form) and scrub it to your teeth. Repeat this process often. Don't forget to rinse your teeth after some scrubbing.
