After going through a lot of posts submitted by you, I decided to join the Revo. I personally thank Seun for the good job he is doing and all the fellows in the house. Keep up the good job.

Can anybody please tell me how I will go about GloMobile and Vmobile WAP services? I've tried all I read on it but to no success. I use Sagem My-X7 but the operators want me in their office for manual configuration which I don't have much time.

Legry, I will be glad if you let me have it too. I have similar problem for the two networks but unlike Bilspop I use Sagem My-x6

For Glomobile wap, You need to go to ur wap setting in ur browser
Then access the setting,then click on the profiles, then select a an space.then click on modify
add ur IP address
Username wap
Password wap
APN Glogwap
homepage hhtp://wap.gloworld.com
bear GPRS
Then you are good to go.

I think we are all talking about the same thing here.
During the set up procedure, choose GPRS rather than GSM data. it will reveal all other setting options for you to be able to go through all.

i went for manuual configuration, (travelled from anambra to enugu) and it started working on my phone. the problem now is that the gprs service is not available in anambra. i only got to use it in enugu, havent since i came back to anambra. glo has got to something about it.

plz i want to configure my browser settings on a nokia6030 phone i'm a vmobile subscriber

Just to let those dat can browse on their fones that a new mobile phone game called Village Boy is out from the makers of Baba Naija (came out last year for those of us who don't know). Very interesting. I've played it. All you need to get is a Java enabled fone and a working GPRS connection. It's only available on the Glo and Zain networks (it looks like they're still working on MTN codes, dats why they haven't started advertising). To get it, type get village in a text message and send to 35810 (costs N100, same as Baba Naija). U guys tell me what u think of it, I think it's cool.
