but that house don't have a facing because there is a parapet at edges of the roof already, though we are progressing, updating everyday

(2X2) - 270 pieces @ N200 = N54,000.00

GRAND TOTAL N 241,000

TWO BAGS OF FOUR INCHES NAILS N12,000.00
THREE INCHES NAILS ONE AND HALF BAG N 9,000.00
CARPENTER WORKMANSHIP(wood works and ceiling noggins) - N180,000.00

yes i'm the one installing the metcopo and is N1, 700 tower, my carpenter are improving, change is the only certain thing in life, this is not where we are last year, we are giving enough rooms for change.

Attach is ijebu imushin roofing, but we tried our best on it too, and remenber this roofing is prepared for long span

@NL 1960 i wonder why this carpenter do know quote 3x4 for wall plate and 1 x 10 x 12 for facial board, i assume is using 2x4 for king post, this quotation is fishy
