This is a really great thread smiley

002, Good job! Your determination is awesome.

I started jogging last month, after I read that sprinting is more effective, I started sprinting as well; that is after jogging for some minutes.

The feeling is great! I also try to control my diet, though I eat once a day, normal plate of food! (All those small portion tinz aint for me..lol).

I currently weigh 60kg, would like to weigh 55kg by December, looking to be really lean n tonnedwink

I think I will embark on a 7day fruit fast! God help me!!!

Glad I stumbled upon this. I'd really love to lose weight. I get really gingered sometimes and I actaually do some days of exercise but I notice I always come down with 1 illness or the other after a while (lazy bones!) which makes me stop any exercise routine totally.

I bounce back and start again, only to fall ill again. Its really frustrating cos I really need to lose weight. Carrying rolls of fat around aint easy. I weigh arnd 82kg. Any tips?

NB: I don't engage in vigorous exercises oo jst d normal sit ups, skipping and jogging.

According to a famous Chinese herbalist, Dr. George Wong, Cancer can be
prevented by avoiding white foods. He advised that for the prevention of
Cancer, one should go for Red or purple foods. He went further to said that
one can in addition to Red and purple foods add Orange, Yellow and or Green
foods.
In an interview with an American Nutritionist, Dr. John Thomas, he said that
avoiding white foods and replacing them with Green, Dark colored, Yellow Red
Orange and or Purple foods will help immensely in Weight Loss exercise
without watching Calories intake and rigorous physical exercise.

n.k.:
I am about to start mine, I know I will need a lot of discipline to go through it. I have done it before and by God's grace I can do it again. I lost almost 20kg (94kg to 76kg) in 2007 and was able to maintain my weight for over a year. Although I stopped exercising, I still maintained my diet plan and my weight. But once I stopped the diet I started piling on the weight again.

watching ur weight is a life long business just like former alcoholics trying to stay clean. pls do not let yourself go anymore

I weighed myself last month and I was 75 kg! Last year August I weighed 70 kg. 2011 I weighed 55 kg. I have added 20 kg within 5 years. My plan is to lose 15 kg before September. I started exercising last month, fell sick, had to stop. Now I watch and count my calories with a weight loss app. Checked my weight on Wednesday, I now weight 74 kg. I take water instead of soft drinks and I eat fruits as my snack. Will weigh again next week .
