or better yet ITS instead of it's, very wrong its and it's r two diff words dt has diff meaning so therefore dnt abbreviate it's for its coz wen u do it gives a whole new meaning to ur sentence.
It's is short form of saying or writing 'it is' while 'its' is d possessive form of it.
e.g. Society should not punish 'its' criminals but rehabilitate them. (Correct)
nw lets use d same example wt 'it's' nd u wil catch my drift
society should not punish "it is' criminal but rehabilitate them. (wrong).
as u can c in example 2 using 'it is' gave a whole new and sensless meaning to d sentence wen compared wt example 1. So dnt mix dem up again
