drink lots of thick cocoa ( i recommend Nestle's Milo) with loads of milk. Take it about four times a day or more. Hot or Cold, the choice is yours. Trust me, you will definitely add extra kilos. Do this for about two months and you will notice remarkable difference.

Eat, sleep and rest (siesta) regularly and you would get fat. Am "slightly thin" and each time I descipline myself to follow this routine I add some weight.

oh yes. i have tried it. infact, it 'over-worked' for me. Sometimes, i break into the cup of thick cocoa- chocolate biscuits. Believe me, it is filling and also fattening.

On a more serious note, you might not be able to get fat if you are still a student (we weren't well informed of what u do) considering the kind of stress u are daily subjected to. I remember I had this ''kanga'' on my neck back then in sch. but now everywhere is covered up with flesh. So my dear don't stress yourself, when your body senses less stress for itself, it will adjust accordingly and you will be the happier. cheers
