you will be suprised Northern states are not as bad as they are painted by the media. Anyway, to redeploy, you have to get to the camp first with probably a medical report or any other concrete reason you should redeploy.

wherever u re just get to d park nd take a bus travelling to ekiti then u tell d driver dat u re going to camp.tell him to take u to d park u can get a bus going to their camp.am sure any nice driver can do that
