I've been pondering over this issue & I've also done some research on google but I'm not satisfied yet. Pls Nairalanders, where can someone who graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Technology through the School of Science Laboratory Technology found in some Universities work? The B.Tech certificate issued by schools offering SSLT, is it equivalent to the normal Sciences & Engineering Degree? Is it a nice option instead of the normal Engr & Sciences? Will they go for NYSC? Any SSLT or ISLT graduate pls help. Thanks |

yamakuza: I've dug deeper than those searching 4 oil. (Lol) actually there's no answer to the said topic. What u can find is all about SSLT exams, registrations, schools etc. No career job, no nysc. Pls help pals |

Thanks @yamakuza for the links, it's really appreciated. But presently, most SSLT offering Universities have upgraded from certificates to degree(B.Tech). My question again is; 1. Are they(graduates) eligible for NYSC? 2. What's the salary range for SL techs? 3. What does the course entails? Thanks yamakuza & others as I anticipate your favorable response soonest. |

i answered the question as posed in the title, and not the body of your thread. you will agree with me that both are different, so ... sergio-zlatan: i believe all university graduates are 2. What's the salary range for SL techs? no idea. cant be more than 100k for starters sha. expect N50k 3. What does the course entail s? i'm sure you'll get this from a university website, or better still, Google |
