what is the meaning of slip and vdc and what does it do in a car. please advice

I am interested in this too,vdc,slip,brake,abs and 4wd warning lights has been showing on my dash for a couple of months now,i have changed abs controller steering angle sensor and yet the lights are still there.The last scan is pointing to rear right hand sensor.

The brakes works though,but my tire spins on slippery or sandy road,as if the engine lacks power to propel the car forward.

Vehicle Dynamic Control faults, Something as simple as a brake light switch, steering angle sensor error or low brake fluid could cause those malfunction indicator lights.

get your car scanned, get fixed and reset

Nope.
Those 3 lights mean you have a fault in your ABS system most likely one of the ABS sensors on each wheel.
Fix that and the light goes off.
