D interview was gud. I ask d man who dey re recruiting 4 but he said i wil find out wen dey cal. Dat he wil submit d list of successful ppl @ d interview 2 d bank. Seems 2 me its a new mfb but certainly not AB-mfb cos some AB guys came 4 d interview too. Hope it works out well.

Entry level sal in AB is abt 940000/annum. I believe dis new mfb pay wil be in dat range too.

Hello Guys,I passed the first stage test but I have not heard from Fact Base Consulting for the next stage.

The test conducted on Saturday is out,but not everyone has gotten feedback.

I wonder why !

There are genuine and fake loan companies. So be careful.

@2helpu: its so strange you have gotten a feedbak from them. Mayb you should mail or call them for clarification. after every test/interview, there should be a feedback for to involved.

i think the recruitment firm is genuine but dont have any idea on the organization they are recruiting for.. Well lets wait and see.

For those that scored 50% and above who have not gotten invite for interview, I advise u send a mail or text 2 them.
As 4 d company, its a genuine 1 cos I know of a company dey recruited for.
Dis particular recruitment isnt 4 AB. Some AB guys I know also came 4 d interview nd according 2 dem, dis wunt be as stressful as AB cos d owners re not germans nd d pay wil be almost d same.

@galaxy. any ideas whom the owners are and idea on there pay grade? guys involved abeg make una gist us oh.

I asked abt d bank during d interview but d man declined comment on it. He said d pay wil be better than wat most microfinance banks in nigeria pay.

4 those of u dat scored above 50% dat ve not been cald, send mail 2 info@factbaseconsult.com. Dey wil cross check der record nd get back 2 u. 4 those dat didnt apply initially, u can also submit ur cv 2 d mail address but ur faith wil lie on d number dat were successful in d last interview. I was reliably informed dat dey may invite few ppl 4 text if d no of successful candidates isnt up to wat dey want.

@all. I think loan officer is not all about prospecting client everywhere? Pls enlighten me on the nature of dis job we want to accept. Pls any1 with valuable idea about this position?

I hope it is nor MARKETING that is re-framed to LOAN OFFICER,pls someone should give us an idea of the job coz they said they need many people
