1. LOAN OFFICERS – REF LO-MFB
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to the branch manager or
commercial officer
- Promote products and originate new clients
- Build community rapport
- Support peers and others within the bank
- Manage and recover late repayment
- Conduct loan evaluations according to the
bank’s policies and procedures
- Participate in credit committees providing
input on loan proposals
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in accounting, business
administration, banking and finance, economics or
any numerate field with at least second class lower
or lower credit
- Between the ages of 22 to 30 years
- With or without post NYSC microfinance/
banking experience
- Excellent IT and exceptional communication
skills

My own interview last Sunday was just a normal chat between me and the CEO of factbase consulting Ltd. He asked if i was dazed with my result, and i said yes because i expected something more dan dat. he made it known D̶̲̥̅̊a̶̲̥̅τ̲̅ he is recruiting for 3 microfinance banks and 1 insurance company. Just understand D̶̲̥̅̊a̶̲̥̅τ̲̅ there is nothing to D̶̲̥̅̊a̶̲̥̅τ̲̅ interview.
