I have a faulty ipad that wouldn't come on, its an ipad 3. Whenever I charge, it would show the battery sign and after some time, the apple logo, tried to load the main screen and then goes off again and that happens in cycles. Can this be fixed?

How much will it cost me to repaair a asus laptop that was plugged in reverse polarity,
I have problem with the power charger so I cut the wire and I made a wrong connection (tie red wire to white and white to red) and plugged it into my laptop , I didn't see any smoke but the laptop isn't powering on
