How Often Should You Change Your Toothbrush? by Leadn(m): 11:55am On Nov 12, 2012
Good afternoon guys and beautiful damsels, please how often should one change his/her tooth brush?

I do change mine after some 6 - 8months once am in my place, but if I travel then it's basically around 3months after which I use it as shoe brush grin grin

So please do let us know how often you change yours and what is the recommended time range. Thanks smiley

UPDATE

Research claims a single tooth brush might be loaded with as much as a whooping 10million germs and bacteria!

The American Dental Association recommends getting a new toothbrush (or brush head, if you use an electric type) about every three months — more because of the wear on the bristles than germs.

3-6months, depending on how often you brush, and what type of brush you use. I change mine, every 4months, it's convenient for me.

Depends on your brushing etiquette. There are some peeps who brush as if world war 3 is ongoing in their mouth, hence, total destruction of the bristles on the brush. In that case...me thinks everyday should dig it

Lolzzz grin grin

I change mine as the case may be but not more than 2 months. I will recommend a wire brush for guys who give head offen cos ordinary brush will not clean those germs you've taken in when giving head grin grin Wire brush and Bleach will do much better.
