Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Management Trainee Program is designed to take fresh graduates and develope them as leaders for the future in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Chain Supply in the company. This trainee program will last for one year after which graduates will be selected and be rotated in various technonolgical job functions in the company. The graduates will also be be moved to senior leadership positions from entry level after 10 to 12 years of service in the company. So after successful year of traineeship, graduates would take on roles at Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria.
Qualifiction: -B.Sc(2nd Class Upper) in Business and Social Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biological Sciences.
