If a third party attempts to blacklist a cellphone, the SIM card will be locked and the unit will only be blacklisted once available. the stress of getting a police report, how many people insure their phones etc...looks to me like you copied and pasted something for wikipedia that was written based on how things work in more developed countries most people are aware of what they need to do to block their phones when its lost but the nigerian system makes it a venture in futility so what people just do is block their sim and move on |
