Hereby congratulate Festus Utuama for his appointment as the commissioner of DESOPADEC representing Ughelli South Delta State and also laud the Gov. of Delta State Dr. Eweta Emmanuel Uduaghan and his deputy Prof. Amos Utuama for appointing Festus Utuama as the Commissioner of DESOPADEC representing Ughelli South.

We the ex-militant from Ughelli hereby give our support and efforts to Festus Utuama and he is a person in which is competent for that position and can represent his people.
