Excelboi: @akby and others, I will be applying to Unilorin D.E (hopefully common and islamic law) with IJMB 13points bt my o'level I had pass in maths,Lit and IRS. Any fault in it? Pls advice cos I heard o'level don't really matter.

Wait for ur result to come out first as in the GCE. O'levels don't really count but it does to some extent. There is a general admission requirement approved by JAMB to institutions. Kindly pick up a brochure and confirm. Maths and English are required for any course to my knowledge. Exercise patience for ur result to come out and if the negative happens, you can pick up next year may/june just dat u would put Awaiting result while filling the JAMB DE form online.

Let me do the explanations here for everybody *clears throat* the thing is you obtain the DE scratch card form @ the JAMB office or any Union bank branch nationwide for ₦4,600 (might change next year to ₦4,000). After getting the card, juggle up to a cybercafe and start your registration.
N.B There is no finger print during registration just your passport
You can't register anyway. U have to go to cybercafe that has JAMB access code. Most cybercafe does just ask them and confirm because it would be needed before u even start filling the form
So start ur registration and fill in the details correctly. O'levels would be filled too as well.
Under school of choice, there are two(2) choices - first choice and second choice so fill in the university u wanna attend under that. Also another important segment is A'levels requirement.... Pick the certificate u are applying with either OND/HND, NCE, IJMB, A'level etc. The next is grade pick the grade u graduated with and under registration number type in ur matric no ur school gave u as in the matric no u were using at the polytechnic/college of education. Verify ur form, submit and print out ur slip. That is Act I Scene I will continue the next step later... Still @Akin_Official

Sure u can apply... OAU is a federal institution so there is no preferential treatment for a particular region. Everybody irrespective of ur state is equal to gain admission. The only probs is dat OAU academic calendar is terribly slow. Up till now, they've not admitted for this year and students that would be admitted can't resume earlier than march next year. A good school no doubt but a slow calendar. U can give it a trial

Scene 2 ===> The next thing is to make photocopies of ur credentials. Attach a photocopy of ur O'levels, ND/HND/NCE/IJMB etc result to the printed slip and submit to the nearest JAMB office around.
N.B Your admission won't be processed if you don't do this
Other credentials can be added as well like admission letter and LGA attestation but the O'levels and result are very important. On getting to JAMB office, u submit the stapled credentials containing the JAMB slip, O'levels, result and miscellaneous. Look for the university u wanna apply to file and insert it into the File. Say for example you are applying to UNILAG, u will look for UNILAG's file in the office and insert it dere. Make sure u write down ur name after this. That's all you are finally thru with JAMB process.
The next and the final step is called 'Transcript' will drop that soon in Act 2 Scene 1. Loooool!

transcript speed varies from school to school mine took like 3 working days to a week because I used courier so its very fast. I will drop transcript details in full tomorrow. Keep it locked
