I don't have it all the time.
But some times I do. It's either because I am up all night from doing a project,
worrying or just can't go to bed.

What helps me sometimes are my mood apps on my phone, reading or talking to "my friend" (cough) in which case, after hearing their voice I sleep like a baby.

Let me start with, I read and enjoy ur contributions, my insomnia is something i have no control over it most times. For me its like a battle, have been trying a lot of things though.
