Are you saying Celebrity section is different from Entertainment scetion. As clearly seen, Jokes Etc , TV/Movies , Music/Radio , Celebrities , Fashion , Events , Sports , Gaming , Forum Games , Literature/Writing , Pictures are all under Entertainment section. What am I not getting pls?

Does it mean I can't nominate a handle from Picture section if he/she is frequent in this large section with sub-sections.

Or must the person be regular and effective in every sub-section of the mother ''Entertainment''?
There is an overlap between entertainment and celebrity threads but entertainment is more of general news than gossip and gists.

Like I said each sub-section will host their own award and one member can be nominated in many different sections. So a person can be nominated in all the sub sections if he/she is regular in all sections.
