I had a lot to do today so I came back late. Big Bro was so hungry he went and made wheat himself.

My dear Foodies, the wheat was so soft, it was almost runny... I wonder how he ate it.
He actually put some for me in a flask but when I saw it, I had to settle for fruit... sorry I forgot to snap it.

diced Okra and little ugu leaves,periwinkles, dry fish, fresh fish, stock fish ,meat, oil ,salt ,Maggi ,pepper, crayfish, dawadawa and meat water about a cup and half......

Process
wash and boil every other thing till it sizzles for about 25 minutes, except the okra and the ugu vegetables when you sure it's okay add your okra and ugu to the boiling put mix very well season to your desire.put the put down at exactly 3 minutes after so you have a nice crunchy okra soup that can go with fufu, eba, lafun, amala semo or wheat. grin grin grin am going with fufu anyways.

Coco recipe and procedure.
Good morning.
cococandy:

3 cups of rice
Carrot {about 3 big sizes}
Green beans {2 cups}
Sweet Peas {small tin}
Sweet corn{small tin}
Kidney beans(small tin)
Green pepper and red pepper {1 big size each}
Liver {300g}
Meat {2kg}(chicken, beef or goat meat)
I used chicken
Vegetable oil {15cl}
Onions {One bulb}
Curry powder
Turmeric (coloring spice) {2 T/spoons}
Salt and pepper to taste

Parboil the goat meat, chicken or any other with all the necessary ingredient (salt, onions, thyme spice, curry powder, and any other spice of choice) the good thing is that you can chose your spices and flavors. Allow the meat to cook for ten to fifteen minutes, taste for salt, then pick out and grill, deep fry or barbecue or bake
(I baked at 370•) for 2hrs

Chop the cabbage, green beans, carrot, liver and set aside.
Fry the liver if you want. I like to fry mine

Remove the white center seeds from the green and red bell peppers and also slice.

Parboil the rice also and cook with half of the juice obtained from parboiling the meat (water from the meat) and two to three cups of water, cook until it is almost done.
Set aside

Set your cooking pot on fire, allow to dry, then pour in about 10cl of groundnut or vegetable (or margarine) If you want to use cooking margarine a sachet would be enough.

Allow to heat then add the sliced onions stir for 1-2 minutes then add the chopped carrot and green beans, any of this two can actually go first.

Stir for 1-2 minutes then add the curry powder. Add the cabbage, stir, add the meat juice (water from the meat), add ground pepper (optional), add the chopped fried liver, add 1-2 cubes of maggi or knorr then stir and taste.

You would have a yellowish mixture which would often taste overly spiced, don’t worry the rice would balance the taste. (If it doesn’t taste overly spiced it is advisable to add another cube of maggi and salt so it doesn’t become tasteless after you add the white rice.

If you are satisfied with the taste then add the green and red bell pepper, sweet corn,kidney beans and sweet peas, stir, add the almost-done white rice, stir, cover your pot and
cook for 5 to 10 minutes, you are done with fried rice.

My dear if you know where I had to go to find this post again cos I was too lazy to type it again grin

You can tweak your measurements and spice and seasonings according to your tatse.
