I know of things like Egusi and Ogbono soup, but what other dishes are popular in the SE?

we were in the east recently for an igbo bride and we were served 'ugba' and it tasted good.

direct quote from a cousin who was also there: 'this ugba is very nourishing, make sure u always make it for ur husband'
