Goodmorning Nairalanders, I learnt most Nigerians of today do not love eating Nigerian local foods (especially the females), either as a result of fear of growing obese, developing big tummy or losing their slim shape, etc, so they prefer Indomie, Spaghetti, etc...and I am yet to believe that.

Now let's hear from you guys, what are your 3 favourite Nigerian local foods?

1. Eba with Bitterleaf soup

2. Bread fruit (ukwa)

3. Ewa

2. White amala (lafun) with gbegiri (bean soup) and ewedu.

3. Pounded yam and edikaiong soup

4. Yam and egg sauce

5 Rice be it ofada, jollof, pepper, fried, concotion e.t.c
