towelroot will work only on snapdragon processors... so if you use n9005 yes, n900 no.

mind you if you install any updates after april 2014 you might not be able to root with towelroot

I just got a Samsung galaxy s4 and the hot spot and thetering is not working. but someone told me dat it's a normal for unlocked at&t phones but it can be tweaked. It would write MOBILE DATA NOT AVAILABLE OR SIM INVALID WHEN I TRY TO USE IT . Every other thing is working intact . It won't just share wireless connection to my laptop. pls I need help

Download 'clockworkmod tether' from playstore, and configure. This should work, update whichever way it goes.

NB: Best to use the premium version ($4.99), but if you know where to look, you can get the Premium APK file.
If you look and fail, post email for apk premium file.

is not going to works bro dont stress it av download all hotspot to my at&t s4 known work.except u root ur fone.without root mant hotspot wont work.but av find a away to share wi-fi from my at&t phone.with the help of ES xplorer. If u have it find ur way if u cant post here others will help.am going to try towelroot 2morrow and which rom is Stable after rooting.

My Note 3 is running 4.4.2, no complaints whatsoever. The battery is performing to its maximum potential (N9005).
I seem to remember when my device was on 4.3, the battery drain was diabolical.
